"Fitwit" cartoons

Eve Lees has been active in the fitness industry since 1979.
She began as a fitness instructor and a Freelance Health Writer for several publications. Her exercise illustrations and fitness cartoons accompanied some of her published articles. Eve became certified as a Personal Trainer and returned to university to study nutrition when she decided to add healthy eating to her clients' exercise programs.
Eve is also a portrait artist and
published The Artist's Journal from 1997-2025.
